Method of cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and green chiles. Stir and cook for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, and taco meat.
  • Spoon some taco meat mixture into frozen phyllo tart shells. You may freeze it for later use at this point.
  • Bake for eight to ten minutes until the cheese melts. Add two to three minutes to the baking time if baking frozen tarts.

2. Flank steak stuffed with Parmesan, lemon zest, and spinach

The stuffed steak ingredients include parsley, lemon zest, Parmesan cheese, and torn spinach. These steak rolls will be flying off the plates. The flavors will surprise everyone!  

Method of cooking

  • Please preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cover the steak with plastic wrap or wax paper and pound it thin, or you may also make holes. 
  • Butterfly the steak and season them on both sides with parsley, salt, and pepper. 
  • Add some salt and pepper to a bowl with the dried parsley. Please give it a good mix and then use it to season the steak’s front and back. 
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the beef, leaving a 1-inch border along the edge. Grate the lemon zest over the cheese. 
  • Tear the spinach into pieces, put it in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix to combine. Add spinach on top of the lemon zest and cheese.
  • Starting from the end closest to you, roll up tightly. Tie pinwheels with toothpicks, kitchen twine, or skewers to keep them from falling apart. With a sharp knife, slice the beef in between the twine. There should be about six to seven pinwheels.
  • Add some vegetable oil to a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. 
  • Add the stuffed flank steaks and make them brown on each side for about two to three minutes, then pop them into the oven for about five to ten minutes.  
  • Serve them hot

3. Beef Barbacoa

There is something extraordinary about the flavors in beef barbacoa! It is a little smoky, with some spice and a hint of citrus. It is just the right amount of all the things to make you crave it repeatedly! You mix all the juice and seasonings and then pour the mixture over the beef, onions, and garlic. 

Method of cooking

  • Cut the beef into cubes and set it aside. Prepare the onions and garlic as noted.
  • Combine the tomato paste, orange juice, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, oregano, chipotle powder, salt, and ground cloves in a bowl and mix well.
  • In the instant pot, press the sauté button and add some ghee. Add the beef and cook it brown on all sides. Remove the meat from the instant pot once it turns brown.
  • Add the diced onions, garlic, and cloves, and pour the seasoning mixture.
  • Secure the lid in a pot and close the pressure valve. Set the cooking time for thirty minutes at high pressure. Once the time is over, let the pressure naturally release for the next twenty minutes.
  • Manually release the remaining pressure before removing the lid. Next, shred the beef with two forks.
  • Serve beef in bowls over greens, lettuce wedges, or tortillas with your favorite toppings.

4. Oven-Baked Beef Tacos

These oven-baked beef tacos come with beans, meat, melted cheese, shredded fresh salsa, and lettuce. It is the best way to make tacos for a crowd!

Method of cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the taco shells inside a 9″x13″ baking pan.
  • Heat some oil in a pan from medium to high heat. Add the onion and cook for three to four minutes or until softened. Add the ground beef and cook till the color is brown.
  • To taste, stir in the tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer for three to four minutes.
  • Divide the refried beans evenly at the bottom of the taco shells. Top the beans with the ground beef mixture.
  • Divide the cheese into the taco shells. Bake it for ten minutes till the cheese melts and the taco shells are lightly brown.
  • Remove from the oven. Top the tacos with lettuce and add cut salsa and serve immediately.

5. Garlic Butter Steak Bites

The seared steak bites are cubes of sirloin steak cooked to perfection in a garlic butter sauce. An easy meal or party snack that is ready in just minutes! The key to this recipe is a hot pan to get a nice crust on your meat. Butter can burn at high temperatures, so start the meat in a little olive oil for the browning factor and add butter for flavor. 

Method of cooking

  • On a pan, put some olive oil and place it on high heat. Season the steak with some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the steak in a pan in a single layer and cook for three to four minutes, occasionally stirring, until golden brown. 
  • Add some butter and garlic to the pan and cook for one to two minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

6. Beef and pasta salad with some chili and coriander dressing

Ingredients

  • 450glean beef flat iron, sirloin, or rump steaks
  • One tablespoon of rapeseed or olive oil
  • 1 x 300g pack filled pasta shapes 
  • 50g fresh peas, blanched in boiling water
  • One small courgette, grated
  • Eight plum or cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • For the Chilli and Coriander Dressing:
  • One large handful of freshly chopped coriander
  • Pinch dried chili flakes
  • One garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • Two tablespoons of extra virgin rapeseed or olive oil
  • Four tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Two tablespoons of white wine vinegar

Method of cooking

  • Please take out the steak from the fridge one hour before cooking, transfer to a shallow dish, and bring it to room temperature.
  • Place the steak on a chopping board, season it on both sides, and brush it with the oil. 
  • Cook them on a prepared barbecue or under a preheated moderate grill. For flat iron steaks, three to four minutes on each side or five to seven minutes on each side. 
  • Transfer to a plate, cover it with foil, and leave it to rest for five minutes.
  • Cook the pasta, drain, cool, and transfer to a large bowl. Add the peas, courgettes, and tomatoes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the dressing while the pasta is cooking; place the ingredients into a screw-topped jar. Shake well and set it aside.
  • Slice the steaks diagonally, toss them in the salad, and remove the meaty juice from the plate. Shake the dressing and spoon over the salad, and serve.

Method of cooking

  • Cook the steaks as per your preference on the preheated moderate grill or a prepared barbecue.
  • Meanwhile, make a salsa of choice. For strawberry salsa, mix strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and black peppercorns. Next, mix the capers, gherkins, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil for the caper salsa.

Method of cooking

  • Remove the silver membrane from the ribs.
  • Cut the slabs in half to fit inside the instant pot.
  • Mix the seasoning ingredients and rub on both sides of the ribs.
  • Add the beef broth or some water to the bottom of the pot, followed by the metal trivet.
  • Place the ribs in the pot, in a teepee formation, with the meaty layer facing outwards.
  • Seal the valve after putting a lid on the pot.
  • When the timer beeps, let it release the pressure naturally for five minutes.
  • Transfer the ribs to a foil-lined cookie sheet and cover with barbecue sauce.
  • To add a slight ” char ” to the sauce, you may broil them in the oven for three to four minutes to add a little “char” to the sauce.

10. Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Au Gratin

This recipe is an easy-from-scratch hearty meal! You may add ground beef to homemade potatoes au gratin and come up with this fabulous hearty meal. You may also add some heavy seasoning, like salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley.

Method of cooking

  • Cook the ground beef on a stove till it turns brown, and drain the fat. Add a touch of salt and pepper to season.
  • Combine the paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Add half of the potatoes to the cooker. Sprinkle over half of the onions, half of the seasonings, half of the meat, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Drizzle the broth evenly over the layers.
  • Cover and cook on high flame for four hours. Do not open the lid during cooking, or the potatoes will not get soft.
  • Serve and enjoy!

11. Grilled steak with chive compound butter and blue cheese

The combination of the rich beef and tangy blue cheese is just heavenly. The best burger combination is blue cheese with crispy bacon. You may use strip steaks, top them with the most delicious blue cheese and chive compound butter, and serve them with Balsamic Roasted Red Onions with Thyme.

Method of cooking

  • Make the compound butter by placing the softened butter in the stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment; while using a hand-held mixer, place butter into a mixing bowl and beat until it becomes light and fluffy for three to four minutes. 
  • Add chives, mustard, salt, and pepper. Beat on medium speed till everything is mixed well for one to two minutes.
  • Crumble the blue cheese and gently mix until it is incorporated. It should not be perfectly smooth. 
  • Place the butter in the center of the parchment paper. Form a log shape by rolling the bottom half of the paper over butter. Please bring it to the thickness you want, then move it close. Twist the ends to seal and make the log tight and refrigerate until hardened, about two hours.

Make the steaks: 

  • Prepare a charcoal or gas grill. While on gas, preheat on high for at least fifteen minutes ahead of time. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator thirty minutes before cooking so they come to room temperature. Season them liberally with coarse salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Rub the grill grates well with oil. Grill steaks until medium-rare, about three to four minutes per side.
  • Remove the steaks and immediately top each with a slice of blue cheese butter. Let it melt for five to seven minutes as the steaks rest. Serve them with Balsamic Roasted Red Onions and Thyme.
